FOYSON Resources has appointed Paul Gregory Dickson as non-executive chairman following the resignation of Doug Halley.
The company recently signed a non-binding term sheet with Australian company Integrated Green Energy to use their technology to supply energy in remote areas of Papua New Guinea.
Foyson company secretary Aliceson Rourke said “the appointment of Mr Dickson is in line with the current strategic direction of the company in conjunction with the completion of the IGE transaction.”
Mr Dickson brings 20 years of experience in business management to this appointment.
Initially starting as a management cadet with TNT and then progressing into multifunctional senior roles across a range of disciplines in Australia and overseas.
Since 2008 Mr Dickson has been the business founder and owner of Dickson & Dickson Healthcare, a company working in the healthcare sectors in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
