INDOCHINE Mining has announced the appointment of Keith Murray as a non-executive director of the company.

Mr Murray is currently the general manager corporate and company secretary at Heytesbury Group.

In a statement the company said Mr Murray has an executive career spanning over 30 years with experience in audit and accounting, principally as a financial controller and company secretary in contract mining companies.

Indochine’s chairman Mr McVeigh said “The company is delighted to welcome Mr Murray to the board. His expertise and background in contract mining will be a valuable addition to the board.”

The company also advised Kevin Hart will take on the position of joint company secretary.

Mr Hart has over 25 years of experience in accounting and the management and administration of public listed companies in the mining and exploration industry.
